Greystone follows a structured approach to ensure your project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the client's satisfaction.

  1. Connect! Whether you saw one of our signs, got a recommendation from a friend, or experienced less than satisfactory home renovations services in the past, we’re here for you. Next, we’ll schedule a consultation either at your home or our office. The process will be simple, relaxed, and fun. Contact us and we will work together to achieve your goals.

  2. Initial Design and Budgetary Pricing: We’ll work with you to create design plans and a budget that bring your vision to life. Depending on the project, this process can take anywhere from one week to six months, especially if we're helping you find the perfect lot for your custom home. If you're looking to sell, we’ll help you plan the best next steps. Whatever the case, we’ll be with you every step of the way to make it happen.

  3. Finalized Pricing and Contract Execution: At this stage, we’ll have a clear understanding of the project goals. We’ll finalize pricing, allowances, and the construction timeline. Once the contract is signed, we’ll collect a deposit, order materials, and begin preparing for construction.

  4. Design Selections: Following contract execution and during the pre-construction phase, you will work with one of our designers to finalize selections for your project. This process usually takes a few meetings to accomplish and ensures material lead times meet the overall schedule expectations.

  5. Construction: The big day has arrived!  We will coordinate with you ahead of time and arrive onsite with our teams to begin work. Our crews are tidy and respectful. We will get to work and communicate with you throughout the process including regular walk-throughs and any adjustments that may arise.

  6. Project Completion: We strive for excellence in all that we do. Once a project is complete, a final walk through with the client is done. We provide warranty information and contacts for ease of reference in the future or in the event of a transfer of ownership.
